Children ages 5-10 can learn the rules of the game, ball handling, passing, shooting and defense at an eight-week basketball clinic at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Run by recreation specialist Pete Sylvester, the clinic will take place on Sundays, October 18-December 13 from 4-6pm.
