Nutrition for Women will be the topic of a free discussion at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Tuesday, November 17 from 9-10:15am.
Dr. Jody Dushay, an endocrinologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) and an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, will discuss how to make lasting behavioral changes through mindfulness and nutrition education to help control weight, diabetes and related diseases.
