Krav Maga ('contact combat' in Hebrew) is a system of self-defense taught by the Israeli Defense Forces but adapted for a civilian setting. Learn effective self-defense techniques in a six-week class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Thursdays, January 21-March 3 from 7-8pm.
