World renowned Israeli bassist and composer Tal Gamlieli has performed or recorded with Danilo Perez, Jerry Bergonzi, Avishai Cohen, Joanne Brackeen and Yoron Israel among others. He returns to The Lily Pad as part of his U.S. Tour. He will be joined by Chai Bar David on piano and Amir Bar Akiva on drums. This evening will celebrate a very special return and reunion of jazz musicians from Israel, South America, Europe and The United States that have roots in the Boston scene from some years back. They will be performing original compositions by Tal, including "Dania", recorded live at the Lily Pad with trumpeter Avishai Cohen.
