Krav Maga ('contact combat' in Hebrew) is a system of self-defense taught by the Israeli Defense Forces but adapted for a civilian setting. Learn effective self-defense techniques in a five-week class at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Thursdays, September 22-October 20 from 7:15-8:15pm.
