Children in grades 7-11 will have the opportunity to create a cabaret featuring music from favorite Broadway musicals at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Rehearsals take place on Sundays, February 5-May 7 from 2-4pm.  Under the direction of theater professionals, teens will learn about acting through song and explore how to interpret and connect with lyrics to tell a story. Teens will receive professional vocal, acting and dance training.  Cost is $495. Open to the entire community. Register at www.bostonjcc.org/register.
