Learn exercises and techniques for better balance during a free event at the Leventhal-Sidman Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton on Wednesday, April 19 from 12-1:15pm.

Amelia Nodell, PT, DPT, a Physical Therapist from Beth Israel Deaconess Healthcare in Chestnut Hill, will lead the clinic with demonstrations and active participation.
