Description:

Dedham Choral Society's concert, "Lest We Forget," on April 30, 2017, features James Whitbourn's "Annelies" inspired by the life of Anne Frank. A 14-movement libretto is taken largely from "Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl." The performance features Soprano soloist Sonja DuToit Tengblad, a chamber ensemble, and an 80 member chorus. The performance commemorates Yom HaShoah and the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising.
