Get fit and stay fit with drop-in training classes available at the Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton. Two different classes are offered.
TRX Suspension Training is a gravity and body weight based workout that helps build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX is offered on Sundays (8:15am), Tuesdays (6am), and Wednesdays (9:15am and 6pm).
Boot Camp uses body weight resistance, strength training, agility movements, core work, plyometrics and cardiovascular training. Boot Camp is offered on Fridays (8:30am) and Saturdays (10:30am).
