The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton will offer a six-week Tai Chi class on Fridays, June 27-August 8 from 9:30-10am. Tai Chi is a relaxing series of movements appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The class is designed to help improve participants’ balance, coordination, body awareness, memory, focus, breathing, posture and overall well-being.
