The JCC will hold a new mom support group at Together in Motion Annex (1 Broadway) in Arlington. This 6 week class runs on Wednesdays, July 2-August 6 from 9:30-11am and costs $130. Moms of infants ages 0-3 months share the journey of motherhood with other new moms in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment. Led by a former Isis Parenting Instructor, the class covers topics such as soothing your baby, infant sleep patterns, tummy time, new roles and relationships, and includes interactive activities such as infant massage, finger plays and songs.
