Tisha b'Av: From Despair to Repair
Remembering destructions of the past, times of Jewish suffering, times of human suffering, our fasting on Tisha b'Av this year is our prayer for an end to the violence between Israel and Gaza.
Monday August 4th, 8:00 pm
In subdued light we will begin Ma’ariv, the evening service, and move from there into the shared chanting of the book of Eicha/Lamentations, with its haunting melody.
