The Leventhal-Sidman Jewish Community Center (333 Nahanton Street) in Newton will offer a nine-week Tai Chi class on Fridays, September 19-December 19 from 9:30-10am. Tai Chi is a relaxing yet invigorating series of movements appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. The class is designed to help improve participants’ balance, coordination, body awareness, memory, focus, breathing, posture and overall well-being.
