This supportive community of participants practicing meditation and mindfulness is open to both beginners
who would like to develop a daily practice
and to experienced meditators
who would like to deepen their practice.
These 90 minute sessions will include chant, silent sit,
teachings from Jewish, Buddhist, and other mindfulness texts,
Q & A/discussion, and check-ins about our practice.
