According to our guide and historian extraordinaire, Ellen Smith, this year's Bus Tour of Jewish Boston will be part of the festivities leading up to Alan Teperow's retirement in 2015.  The tour is likely to include stories of Alan's past in Dorchester and Mattapan, visits to synagogues from his early career (Randolph and Milton) and some of Alan's  favorite old shuls.
