Rachel's Honey Vinaigrette

Food Editor's note: This delicious salad dressing is perfect for any meal, but especially for a Rosh HaShanah dinner because of the honey. It is a breeze to mix up and keeps in the fridge for a long time. Rachel is my niece, about to become a bat mitzvah in two weeks!
Ingredients
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespooons mustard
3 tablespoons sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups olive oil
salt and pepper
Whisk first four ingredients together and slowly add olive oil until emulsified. Add salt and pepper to taste.
